Spearfish Photographer | Black Hills Family Photo Session | Natural Escape Photography

I love when families are traveling through the beautiful Black Hills and contact me to schedule family photos. We live in such a breathtaking area and it’s truly my pleasure to capture priceless memories and get to show everyone our “backyard”. My studio is at the base of Spearfish Canyon so we’re in the perfect place to get waterfalls, Black Hills mountain views, Spearfish creek, wildflowers, and so much scenery in the background. Then we are just a 15-minute drive to Higgings Gulch where we get spectacular views of Crow Peak. This 4x4 trail is a little crazy to drive up, but totally worth it for family photos. I love that the Sonnycalb family had seen some of my photos at this location and knew they wanted Crow Peak in the background. Here are a few favorites from their family session.
