I have had the honor of documenting love stories lakeside in Italy, next to the vibrant blue waters of Mexico, Hawaii, and Jamaica, and all over mountain ranges in the beautiful Midwest, from Glacier National Park to Yellowstone, the Rocky Mountains and the Black Hills I call home. In a sea full of wonderful photographers, I feel so fortunate to be one of the most experienced in the Midwest. It’s a title I don’t take lightly. I know my experience is all in thanks to my amazing clients. With over 375 weddings photographed, that means over 375 incredible couples have put their trust in me to capture their wedding day. And every year I fall more in love with this job and the couples and families I get to meet along the way.
I’m also one of the only photographers in the area integrating the beautiful medium of film into my business! Real film has incredible vibrancy and texture to help me create gorgeous, refined, fine art images for my couples. As both a film and digital photographer, my style is bright and captures those dreamy film tones and soft colors. Film adds the perfect level of contrast and warmth and I work hard to make sure my digital images flow as well as my film ones. My style is all about those cyan blues, soft muted greens, and beautiful, warm skin tones.
